Goetheanum Youth Research Colloquium

15th December 2018
10:00 - 16:00 Konferenzraum, Goetheanum

With less than two weeks to go until we present initial insights from our research project, we would like to share with you more details about how the 15th of December Colloquium will run. We will gather at the Konferenzraum in the Goetheanum building (South Entrance, Third Floor). The research team will guide you through a day’s long gathering:

10:00 – Welcome and getting to know each other
10:30 – Introduction to the research project: methodologies and experience
11:30 – Coffee break
12:00 – Research Findings
13:00 – Lunch*
14:30 – Questions from participants and looking to the future together
16:00 – End

More than 80 hours of recorded conversation with 40 participants aged 18-35 from 23 different countries, have provided us with real food for thought and some initial insights about how the young people surrounding the Youth Section live and experience themselves and the world.

The purpose of the session will be to introduce you to our research work and then together find ways to implement findings, continuing research and widening participation. What new questions will arise in us?

Please confirm your attendance by emailing andrea@youthsection.org if you haven’t already. Some accommodation is still available at the Youth Section House, please email house@youthsection.org to book.

*Please note that lunch will not be provided. However, the kitchen in the Youth Section House (Dorneckstrasse 1) will be open for self-catering. Additionally, you can visit the Speisehaus (across from the Youth Section House) or the Goetheanum Cafeteria during the lunch break. The coffee break will be on us! :)
