Making Dynamic Nutrition Knowledge Accessible Worldwide

Dear friends,

Today, I am reaching out to you personally because I have a project that is very close to my heart.

The German book I edited, "From Farm to Fork – what makes food truly healthy" has generated considerable interest in English-speaking countries and across Asia. At international talks, I am repeatedly asked whether my work is also available in English.

That is why I would like to publish an English edition of the book — revised and updated, so that its insights and perspectives can be made accessible to people around the world.

WHY THIS BOOK MATTERS

The book shows that the quality of food goes far beyond its nutrient composition. What matters is not only what we eat, but also how we grow, process, cook and eat our food, and how we shape our economic systems around it.

That is why experts from agriculture, fine dining, medicine and nutritional therapy contribute their knowledge, experience and perspectives.

Considering the global challenges facing our food systems, I believe this holistic perspective is more important than ever. We need food systems that are healthy for us, for the planet and for future generations.

I NEED YOUR SUPPORT

We are still missing CHF/EUR 5,000 to cover the costs of revising and translating the book, as well as contributing to the publishing costs.

Perhaps you would like to support this project with a donation. Every contribution makes a difference — no matter how small or large.

Thank you for taking the time to read these lines, and also for supporting and accompanying this book since its beginnings. And of course, I would be very grateful if you would share this message with people in your network.

Best wishes,

Jasmin Peschke
