Dear friends,

There is still time to join the upcoming Research School Colloquium from Thursday 3 - Sunday 4 March. The research weekend will take place mainly at the Goetheanum but some parts will also be available online (see program below!).

We are delighted to announce that we will count on contributions from Constanza Kaliks (Pedagogical/General Anthroposophical Section at the Goetheanum), Peter Selg (General Anthroposophical Section at the Goetheanum/Ita Wegman Institute), Nicolas Criblez (General Anthroposophical Section), Nathaniel Williams (Free Columbia/Youth Section) Carolin Schurer and Felipe Toni (Natural Sciences Section at the Goetheanum), Milena Kowarik (Anthroposophical Society in Switzerland), Daniela Kreimer (Eurythmeum CH & Ashoka), and Elizabeth Sanders from the Camphill Research Network.

To register for the online sessions, please send us an email and you will receive access details closer to the event.

To attend from the Goetheanum, please email us outlining which ticket option you are interested in. Please note that there are limited spaces for the all-inclusive option with accommodation and meals:

BASIC TICKET: 60CHF (20CHF per day to attend all the activities)
INCLUSIVE TICKET: 150CHF (includes all meals and accommodation at the Youth Section House) - limited spaces
ONLINE TICKET: Donation-based from 10CHF - only some contributions are available

Anyone, regardless of their academic experience, is welcome to attend. Just bring your questions, curiosity and interest in learning with you! The program is recommended for people aged 20 - 35.

Registration ends on the 21st of February. More information about the program and logistics is below.

With warm greetings,

The Youth Section at the Goetheanum

The program includes...

  • Contributions from researchers in the fields of philosophy, social, political and natural sciences, youth research and the arts
  • Guided visits to the Goetheanum Campus
  • Study and contemplative spaces to deepen learning
  • Open conversations to get to know each other and our questions

These are some of the questions we will work with:

How does asking and living with questions shape our thoughts and attitudes towards ourselves and the events in the world?

Can research help us navigate uncertainty and steer the path of our own becoming more consciously?

What characterizes approaches to research inspired by anthroposophy and how do they relate to conventional methods?

What can we contribute to the world through our questions and commitment to truth?
